I received the wrong software purchased. The young lady dealt with I believe can walk on water. After a series of questions we determined The issue. I gave her control of mm laptop she downloaded the write software and installed. Everything worked perfectly which made my day. She advised a new CD would be shipped as the shipped cable worked ok. This is the second product I have purchased with satification.
